Poultry By-Product Meal
This product is made from non-edible parts of poultry, excluding feathers and intestines. Its production requires cooking kettles, where the quality of the final product depends on the temperature and duration of cooking. The minimum temperature of 80°C is sufficient to eliminate microbes, while exceeding 90°C can burn the product. Shorter cooking times generally result in a higher-quality final product.
