Overview of Our Production Stages
1. Raw Material Receiving and Preparation The first stage involves receiving and storing raw materials, including vitamins, minerals, amino acids, probiotics, prebiotics, and other approved additives. These materials are stored under controlled conditions in standard warehouses, protected from light, moisture, and contamination. 2. Precision Weighing At this stage, raw materials are weighed according to the formulation of each supplement using high-precision digital weighing systems. Accuracy at this stage is essential to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and safety of the final product. 3. Mixing and Homogenization The weighed materials are transferred to mixers, where advanced mixing equipment ensures complete homogenization. Mixing time and method are adjusted based on the type of supplement being produced. 4. Addition of Oils and Liquid Additives (If Required) In some formulations, liquid components such as essential oils, enzymes, or flavorings are added. These liquids are applied through a precision spraying system and mixed again to ensure uniform distribution. 5. Granulation / Pelleting (If Required) Depending on the supplement type and final form, some formulations proceed to the granulation or pelleting stage. This process improves ease of consumption, reduces dust, and extends shelf life. 6. Drying and Cooling For pellets or moisture-containing supplements, drying is carried out at controlled temperatures to ensure the final product meets standard moisture levels and to reduce the risk of microbial spoilage. 7. Packaging After screening and quality inspection, the finished supplement enters the automated packaging stage. Products are packed in sealed bags, multi-layer sacks, or polymer packaging to protect against moisture, light, and contamination. 8. Quality Control Comprehensive quality control tests are conducted continuously throughout all production stages, including checks for: Formula uniformity Moisture content Microbial contamination Active ingredient levels Compliance with national and international standards 9. Warehousing and Distribution After final approval by the quality control unit, supplements are stored in standard warehouses and prepared for market distribution. Storage follows the FIFO principle (First In, First Out) to maintain product quality.
