Ati-Yeast
Ati-Yeast contains Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Saccharomyces boulardii, three types of specific live bacteria, and five types of enzymes specialized for ruminants. It is used as a probiotic for cows, sheep, and goats, providing positive effects on rumen function, improving milk and meat production, and reducing the incidence of acidosis.
Ati-Yeast increases the rate of oxygen consumption in the rumen and promotes anaerobic fermentation, which enhances the population of cellulolytic bacteria. Additionally, by competing with lactic acid-producing bacteria for sugar utilization, it prevents rapid lactate accumulation and the onset of ruminal acidosis.
These mechanisms lead to higher rumen pH, improved fiber digestion, and increased acetate production in the rumen, ultimately enhancing overall animal performance.
